Special Notice Regarding
Due to the upcoming retirement and a general shortage of workers, Walsh Packing will no longer be accepting deer for processing. We will, however, continue to make your favorite summer sausages, snack sticks, and jerky with boneless venison meat that you can bring in anytime of the year. As a reminder, we only accept boneless waterfowl (goose, duck, etc.) breast meat to be made into jerky.
